About the role

Due to our continued success, an opportunity has become available for a Customer Care & Office Coordinator in our Leederville office. An integral member of the Operations Team, the Customer Care & Office Coordinator is responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operation of the office including handling administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and providing support to staff and, customers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management and Administration

  • Responsible for maintaining the office premises including kitchen duties, stationary and grocery orders and reporting any building related issues.
  • Meeting set up including preparing meeting rooms and arranging catering orders.
  • Coordinate team events, assist the Marketing Coordinator to coordinate clients events as needed and coordinate charity activity.
  • Manage the staff anniversaries, birthdays and recognition program.
  • Manage Valuer certifications and continuing professional development programs.
  • Act as the Fire Warden and First Aid Officer for the Perth office and assist the P & C team to ensure emergency preparedness across all WA and NT offices .
  • Arrange travel and assist with diary management as required.

IT Assitance

  • Oversee IT assets across various office locations and maintain accurate records of asset assignments and conditions.
  • Coordinate the setup and configuration of new IT devices for users with support from the IT team.
  • Assist the team with IT related issues and escalate to the IT team as required.

Customer Service

  • Handle incoming reception calls.
  • Manage the customer service inbox.
  • Incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Receive visitors to the office.
  • Assist with Valuation Quotes.
