Disability Support Worker (RH 1)

Hartley Lifecare is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Disability Support Worker to help support three clients in their own home.

Requirements: This is a female only role.

The position will have the following roster:

Hours: 118 hours per month (Active nightshifts)

Week 1: Thurs: 1:30 pm – 10 pm, Mon: 10 pm – 6:30 am, Wed: 10 pm – 6:30 am

Week 2: Fri: 12:30pm – 10 pm, Sun: 6 am – 3 pm, Mon: 10 pm – 6:30 am, Wed: 3:30 pm – 10 pm

Week 3: Thurs: 1:30 pm – 10 pm, Mon: 10 pm – 6:30 am, Wed: 10 pm – 6:30 am

Week 4: Fri: 12:30pm – 10 pm, Sun: 6 am – 3 pm, Mon: 10 pm – 6:30 am, Wed: 3:30 pm – 10 pm

The successful candidate must have:

• A current provisional or full Australian driver’s licence
• WWVP card with NDIS activities
• Valid First Aid Certificate (Must be from a Registered Training Organisation)
• Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and possess a NDIS certificate of completion https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/login/index.php
