Compensation:

Base Salary + Bonus: $55K – $60K per annum

On Target Earnings (OTE): $60K – $100K

Career Advancement:

Trainee Sales Agent / Sales Agent: $55K – $60K + Bonus

Sales Trainer: $60K – $70K + Bonus

Team Leader: $90K – $100K + Bonus

Campaign Manager: $180K – $300K + Bonus
