The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a High risk Work License Trainer to join our team in Mackay & the Bowen Basin region. This role is critical in supporting FSA’s training operations in Brisbane as we continue to strengthen our presence in the region.

About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic trainer/assessor, who can facilitate nationally recognised training courses. You will complete training both at client locations and at our sites across Australia. You will also be training HRWL accredited training for
You will be required to work as part of our training team, wear our company uniform and support our operations by:
- Conducting highly engaging emergency response and safety training sessions on-site at client locations and FSA offices
- Conducting training sessions at our public training course venues.
- Conducting on-site emergency response exercises
- Travelling if required to locations within your state to assist our team.
The successful candidate will hold the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Latest TAE with LLN competencies
- HRWL Trainer and Assessor accreditation with Worksafe Qld.
- Exceptional organisational, delivery and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- A strong safety culture
- A self-starter who is reliable working autonomously across various projects and courses and is able to travel as required.
