Coast Shelter has been a lifeline for people facing homelessness, domestic and family violence, and hardship for over 30 years. We’re looking for a values-driven Chief Executive Officer to guide our incredible team and community through our next chapter.

This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to create lasting impact. You’ll work closely with a dedicated Board, committed team, and a supportive community to drive financial sustainability, strong partnerships, and real outcomes for those who need it.

About the opportunity:

The role offers a unique opportunity to lead a vital organisation in its next phase and drive meaningful social change within the Central Coast community. You’ll lead the Executive Leadership Team and build key relationships to ensure organisational sustainability and maximise impact. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes, fostering high-performing teams, driving financial sustainability, and bringing Coast Shelter’s strategic vision to life.

About you:

• Senior executive leadership (CEO or similar)

• Strong financial, strategic, and relationship skills/experience

• Experience working with Boards, funders, donors

• A heart and a track record for social justice and community

• Relevant qualifications

If you are successful in gaining employment with Coast Shelter you must hold a NSW driver licence, National Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check.
