The Opportunity

We’re seeking a first-year apprentice (or someone partway through their apprenticeship) to become a key part of our on-site carpentry team. Working in small, skilled crews, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of carpentry including:

• Framing
• Lock-up
• Fix and Fit-off

If you’re reliable, eager to learn, and ready to get stuck into real-world experience, we want to hear from you. No tools required — just the right attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting qualified carpenters with day-to-day tasks
• Learning and developing your carpentry skills on-site
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
• Setting up and looking after tools and equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• White Card (we can assist if needed)
• Driver’s licence preferred but not essential
• Pre-apprenticeship course completed (an advantage)
• Good time management and communication skills
• A positive attitude and customer-focused approach
