The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our People and Culture Team. This is a pivotal role offering broad exposure across the HR function, with a focus on aligning people strategies with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives

• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and the employee lifecycle

• Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and terminations

• Design and administer performance management programs to drive engagement and productivity

• Oversee compensation and benefits, including salary structures and incentive programs

• Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act and relevant employment legislation

• Coordinate training and development initiatives to support capability building

• Assist in the management of HR budgets and resource allocation

• Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on all HR-related matters

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR management, including demonstrated industrial relations experience

• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and best practice principles

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organisation

• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
