About the Role

We are looking for an HR and Recruitment Administrator (Trainee) to join our HR team. In this role, you will support recruitment, onboarding, staff training and general HR administrative tasks, while completing a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management. You will gain experience in compliance, communication, and internal systems in a values-led organisation that invests in your learning.

What You Will Bring

• No qualifications required to start

• Valid Australian Driver’s License

• Willingness to complete a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management

• Strong organisation, communication, and time management skills

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
