Digital Six is looking for a Customer Lifecycle & CRM Specialist to lead retention and lifecycle marketing strategies across a mix of exciting and fast-growing clients. From email and SMS campaigns to CRM automation and journey mapping, you’ll bring strategy and execution together to build moments that matter and drive measurable impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll own the customer journey across CRM, email, and SMS — with a particular focus on building high-performing email marketing strategies. You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams to deliver campaigns that grow LTV and build stronger customer relationships.

  • Customer Journey Mapping – Design and optimise end-to-end journeys tailored to segments and customer behaviours
  • CRM Strategy & Execution – Manage and execute lifecycle campaigns via HubSpot and Klaviyo
  • Email & SMS Campaigns – Plan and deliver high-converting messages focused on retention and loyalty
  • Segmentation & Personalisation – Create targeted, timely communications for different lifecycle stages
  • Performance Analysis – Track, report, and optimise campaigns based on LTV, conversions, and retention
  • A/B Testing & Optimisation – Continuously improve strategy with data-led experimentation
  • Client Collaboration – Work closely with our client success, design, and strategy teams to deliver branded, seamless experiences
  • Compliance & Best Practice – Maintain high standards around opt-in, consent, deliverability, and messaging rules

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on know-how — with real experience in email lifecycle marketing.

  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (especially HubSpot — must-have)
  • Confidence with email/SMS platforms like Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.
  • eCommerce experience is a must-have.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, retention strategies, and behavioural triggers
  • Skilled in segmentation, personalisation, and performance analysis
  • Data-savvy — comfortable with metrics, reporting, and optimisation
  • Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
