Educators and Lead Educator- Morayfield

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Educator and Educators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in early childhood.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum
• Provision of quality care
• Collaborate with other educators to identify best outcomes for the centre that align with organizational goals
• Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and research to continuously improve programs
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and daily experiences and care needs
• Manage educational resources and materials

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Experience in curriculum development and program management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
