We are growing our retail footprint and are delighted to bring the CULTIVER in-store experience to High Street, Armadale. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to take ownership of the store and lead the team at this exciting time.

This is a full-time role (38 hours) and will be required to work on weekends. The store opening is planned for late July, however training will commence in early July.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in premium retail, textiles or interiors, and has a passion for connecting with people to understand their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of the day to day store operations, ensuring that the store best represents the brand and adheres to health and safety policies at all times
  • Driving and achieving store sales targets which includes leading and developing store team to achieve targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including providing design advice and support through 1:1 styling sessions
  • Implementing the visual merchandising guidelines in alignment with the master brand timeline & marketing plan.
  • Support and manage external partners when necessary in relation to marketing and store facilities (i.e flowers, signage, trades)
  • Leadership of team, including managing the roster, training and engagement
  • Ideate and suggest opportunities to drive local awareness and footfall through marketing tactics (i.e email, local outreach)
  • Be the brand champion in the local area, building relationships with neighbours, designers and customers.
  • Ensuring stock control processes are implemented and adhered to in alignment with CULTIVER guidelines
