Food & Beverage Supervisor

Located just minutes from Macquarie Park Metro station, our hotel caters to a diverse mix of business and leisure travelers. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations in the Restaurant supervising and managing associates. Providing guidance and direction to subordinates.
• Understanding associate positions well enough to perform duties in associates’ absence.
• Establish and maintain a harmonious working relationship with guests, suppliers, clients and hotel associates alike.
• Responsible for the overall running of Banquets, Room Service, Restaurant & Bar for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Supervise associates in all aspects of the daily Food & Beverage operation, providing necessary support and assistance where required.
• Ensure that all Food and Beverage outlet opening and closing procedures are carried out in accordance with the Crowne Plaza Macquarie Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
• Daily inspection of all F&B areas with emphasis on sanitation, cleanliness and correct set up and presentation.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and diplomatically and bring all complaints to the attention of the Restaurant & Bar Manager.
• Liaise with the Head Chef to ensure sound communication between the kitchen and the service areas

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a similar hospitality setup.
• Strong bar knowledge.
• Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management.
• a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
