Disability Support Workers – Central Coast NSW

Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker professionals to provide support to our clients in Wyong and Maitland NSW.

A reminder that this role is casual with full-time available hours. Must be flexible to do any shift including active nights and can start immediately.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience as a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker
  • Must be available to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, sleepovers and weekend shifts
  • Ability to manage difficult situations and behaviours and be able to de-escalate these situations in a therapeutic way

Requirements:

  • Minimum nationally accredited completion of Certificate III in relevant Disability or Community Service field
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Employee Working with Children Check
  • A valid Australian driver’s license with a reliable and comprehensively insured car
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
