Dental Assistant/ Receptionist

The Role

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced dental professional to join Coastal Dental Care as a Full-Time All-Rounder, working your hours over 4 days per week (Monday to Friday), with a variable RDO.

In this diverse role, you’ll support multiple practices as needed, stepping in to keep things running smoothly and ensure our patients receive consistent, high-quality care. While your base will primarily be within our centrally located Gold Coast practices, minimal travel may occasionally be required to our outer clinics in Redland Bay and Byron Bay.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in different clinical environments. You’ll be confident across chairside assisting, sterilisation, and reception duties, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to new teams and routines.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is already part of the Coastal network and ready to hit the ground running. You’ll bring:

• Minimum 1-year dental assisting and reception experience (essential)Certificate III Dental Assisting is an advantage
• Dental 4 Windows experience is an advantage
• Comprehensive understanding & knowledge of infection control
• Confidence in dental assisting, reception, and steri
• Own transport and flexibility to travel from Byron Bay to Redland Bay when required
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support different teams
• A genuine commitment to patient care and team collaboration
