The Brunswick Moreland Catholic Community is seeking a skilled Stewardship Coordinator with proven experience in financial and asset management — someone who combines professional excellence with a heart for service and a respect for the mission of the Catholic Church.
About the Role
In this key position, you’ll take the lead on the financial and property stewardship of our Parish, ensuring that the resources entrusted to us are managed with integrity, transparency, and vision. Working closely with the Parish Priest, Parish teams, Catholic schools, and community stakeholders, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the life and mission of the Church through efficient, strategic operations.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Oversee the Parish Thanksgiving/Stewardship Program
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and follow-ups
- Work with the Parish Accountant to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Prepare budgets and financial reports; attend Finance Committee meetings
- Support payroll operations and liaise with CAM Payroll
- Oversee the PACM system and other finance-related tasks as directed by the Parish Priest.
Asset & Property Management
- Collaborate with the Property and Facilities Manager on asset oversight
- Support planning, development, and maintenance of Parish properties
- Identify and implement strategies to optimize asset use

- Solid background in financial and/or asset management
- Competence with accounting systems and payroll processes (PACM experience desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check & Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
