Assistant Community Manager (CONTRACT)

Casa Mia Coliving is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Community Manager to join our team on a contract basis for four months, as a replacement of a current team member on maternity leave. Casa Mia’s Assistant Community Manager is responsible for the daily experience of our members, supporting all their housing needs.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of support to solve members’ issues, to ensure a great experience with Casa Mia Coliving
• Work with the the Community Manager to solve member’s issues and complaints and communicate with members about the status of any issues or complaints
• Keep our CRM up-to-date with all relevant information from ongoing issues or complaints
• Gather feedback from members on key elements of their support experience
• Oversee onsite repairs when necessary
• Ensure smooth handover from Sales team to members’ move in
• Ensure smooth handover from Members when they move out
• Liaise with Agents when necessary, to rectify any issues
• Manage the team of handymen and to plan their day to day schedules

Requirements

• Be process oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skill and capable of quickly making connections, also while interacting with members remotely (email, phone)
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to implement ideas
• Familiarity with leading CRMs and support management systems
• Background or courses taken in operations or hospitality management
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently
