We also deploy medical professionals and aircraft in support of defence, government and commercial contracts, and energy and resource sector sites.
The role:
We currently have an opportunity for a Clinical Coordinator to join the organisation and be a key member of CareFlight’s clinical team in our Eastern Operations.
Reporting to the General Manager- Clinical, your key objectives will be to:
- Manage clinical rostering, timesheets/payroll, recency and training elements to maintain clinical service delivery for the Eastern Clinical Team.
- Provide administrative support to the National Medical Director, and the General Manager, Clinical.
- Assisting with effective onboarding and induction of NSW Registrars each term (February and August).
- Support NSW Clinical Management Team and NSW Clinical Staff as required.
- Assist with data collection and reporting to support clinical KPIs, quality improvement initiatives, and service reviews.
- Coordinate logistics for clinical training, education events, and simulation activities.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
Essential
Minimum 3 years’ operations or administration experience.
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining complex roster systems and payroll systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to develop relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure working in a complex environment with changing priorities.
A proactive approach to solving problems.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, to meet deadlines with good time management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Desirable
Previous experience gained from the aviation, health and / or not-for-profit sectors.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or relevant equivalent experience.
