M&E Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a market leading M&E contractor with offices based throughout the UK. Their successful office in Bristol has successfully tendered for a major fit-out project and they’re looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

The candidate’s responsibilities will include:

– Performing risk, value management and cost control

-Undertaking cost analysis for repair and projects work

-The monitoring of costs, in particular, labour expenditure.

-The management and preparation, submission and agreement of Interim Applications and Final Accounts.

– Liaise with the Contracts Managers in the procurement of Sub-Contractor packages including financial checks, assessing commercial competitiveness and the preparation of the Sub-Contract documents.

-Supporting the monitoring of the progress of the Works.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous M&E experience

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor

• Happy to be site-based in the London area

The salary on offer for this position is £60k-£70k depending on experience plus package.
