Bodycare New Zealand is looking for a skilled and motivated Occupational Health Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Auckland. We are passionate about injury prevention, promoting employee wellbeing and facilitating effective return-to-work programs for our clients and their organisations. Together, our team of physiotherapists keep workers healthy, safe and injury-free across Aotearoa.
With Bodycare every day is different. Your role will include:
- Early Intervention Physiotherapy – assess and treat injuries before they progress into chronic conditions.
- Workplace Assessments – whether on the tarmac, in the warehouse or on the road – learn to complete a variety of assessments.
- Education and Training – educate and empower workers on how they can take ownership of their health.
- Build lasting relationships – with workers, supervisors, and site leaders to help improve their health and safety culture.
- Developing Injury Prevention Plans – work with your leadership team and your site contacts using our custom-built software to prevent injuries.
- Working Onsite – our physiotherapists work in onsite clinics across a range of different clients and industries each week in Auckland.

You Will Need:
- Minimum 2 years of musculoskeletal experience in an onsite or private practice setting.
- Physiotherapy degree with a current New Zealand APC.
- Great communication skills to create and maintain good relationships and the ability to liaise comfortably with a wide range of people.
- A committed, curious and flexible attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Resident or approved work visa.
- Driver’s license and own transport.
