As we continue to grow in a highly needed advocacy space, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Administrator to support our high-performing sales team at our Gold Coast office.

How You Will Contribute to the Team
As our Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of our sales team, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the sales team with data entry, CRM management, and reporting
- Processing sales leads and coordinating follow-ups with potential clients
- Preparing and sending out contracts, quotes, and correspondence
- Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline and customer database
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process
- Managing calendars, booking appointments, and supporting scheduling needs
- Assisting in tracking sales targets, team performance, and key metrics
- Helping with market research, sales presentations, and proposal preparation
- Providing general administrative support and ensuring compliance with procedures
What You Bring to the Team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes (preferred)
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or admin support
