Marketing Manager – Thailand Branch

Position Overview:

As the Marketing Manager for our Thailand operations, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s goals and target audience in Thailand.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including digital marketers, content creators, and graphic designers.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget for Thailand, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to develop marketing collateral and campaigns that support product launches and sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Oversee the development of content for various marketing materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and marketing standards in Thailand.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing initiatives.
  • Present marketing strategies and results to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in Thailand or a similar market.
  • Strong understanding of Thai consumer behavior, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of successfully leading marketing teams.
