Senior Property Manager/Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager who shares our core values and is ready to take their career to the next level. This role will allow you to lead a dedicated team, manage a portfolio of approximately 250 residential properties (90% apartments), and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

• Lead and mentor a team of a Property Officer and Virtual Assistant.
• Oversee leasing activities and manage ad-hoc duties with the support of your team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and provide outstanding client experiences.
• Use property management software and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate confidently and persuasively to drive team success.
• Commit to ongoing professional growth and career progression.

What we’re looking for:

• A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Property Manager.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
• Strong focus on customer service and achieving results.
• Solid understanding of property management software and relevant regulations.
• A proactive, ambitious, and passionate approach to real estate.
• A “do whatever it takes” mindset to reach goals and tackle challenges.
