We’re looking for passionate, qualified Refrigeration Mechanics to help further establish our Rockhampton presence while providing ongoing support to our Emerald operations. About the Role:

This is a versatile and dynamic role that offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of Air-conditioning and Refrigeration applications, from domestic to commercial and industrial projects. As a key member of our established Rockhampton branch, you will contribute to its continued success while also providing support to our long-standing operations in Emerald. The role will require mutual flexibility to share time across both locations when necessary to ensure seamless service delivery.

Your Experience:

• Excellent Work Ethic and Commitment to Safety
• Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands-on expertise in a wide range of Air-conditioning and Refrigeration systems, including domestic, commercial, and industrial applications
• Strong technical knowledge of the Air-conditioning and Refrigeration industry
• Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills, particularly with HVAC systems and controls
• Ability to assist in the training of apprentices
• The ability to work independently while representing our company professionally

Successful Applicants will have:

• Refrigeration Licence
• Full Driver’s Licence
• Minimum of 2 years post-trade experience
• A valid Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
• A commitment to upholding company policies, quality standards, and objectives at all levels
