Our Mission: We connect buyers and sellers online in a fun, competitive marketplace
ALLBIDS has operated as a national online auction company from our Canberra base since 2002. We have one of Australia’s largest online buying databases with over 200,000 registered members nationally. We have proven that an online auction process, which provides nationwide coverage and interest, is the ideal format for the sale of assets.
Selling through a public online auction process generates maximum exposure to all assets in a competitive environment. We are proud to be Australia’s most trusted auction house by review sites Product Review, Facebook and Google.
Our cultural values are:
Integrity: We will demonstrate integrity by doing what we say we are going to do, and be ethical in our behaviour and decision making. We will be fair and honest in our dealings with customers and always be seen as trustworthy.
Caring: We will be kind, generous and supportive of our colleagues, building trusted, positive relationships with one another. We will show empathy and compassion towards our customers and treat them with dignity and respect always.
Collaborative: We will work together as a team to deliver the ALLBIDS mission, communicating clearly with one another, listening to the views of our colleagues and customers and finding the best way forward for everyone.
Efficiency: We will work effectively and efficiently, ensuring we are continuously improving by seeking out ways to better deliver our services whilst remaining competitive and customer focused in all we do.
Reliability: We will build strong and trusted relationships by being reliable and dependable for our colleagues and customers, honouring our commitments and creating a culture of excellence and accountability.
Consistency: We will foster a sense of stability and security in our relationships with our colleagues and for our customers by behaving predictably and being dependable, and by focusing on being consistent in our efforts and how we respond to others.
