Hours:

Weekdays: 5am–10am (Monday to Friday)

Plus: One weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday, times to be confirmed)

Optional: Some weekday afternoon shifts if needed (flexible and by agreement)

We’re a busy family moving to Burraneer and are looking for a superstar Family Assistant who can help us create calm out of chaos. This is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone who thrives on early mornings, loves a clean and well-run home, and can support our family’s rhythm with heart, hustle, and a good to-do list.

What you’ll be doing:

• Morning routines, school/kindy drop-offs
• General household cleaning and laundry (must love detail – everything has a place!)
• Meal prepping and cooking healthy, nutritious meals for the family
• Grocery shopping and pantry restocks
• Running errands and helping us stay ahead of the juggle
• Light admin or household organisation as needed
• Stepping in with childcare support if required
• You’ll love this if you:

• Are confident cooking simple, wholesome meals
• Are warm, kind, reliable, and intuitive to a family’s needs

Requirements:

• Driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
• Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• Strong references
• Ideally local to the Sutherland Shire or nearby suburbs

💰 Pay Options:

Option 1: Permanent Part-Time

• $30–$35/hour + 11% super
• Includes annual/sick leave and public holiday entitlements
• Great for long-term consistency and security

Option 2: Casual or ABN (Contractor)

• $36–$42/hour
• No leave entitlements, but higher hourly rate
• More flexibility if that suits you or us better
