Your Role

As an Internal Project Manager, you will oversee internal coordination of pump sales orders and projects, from order entry to final delivery. You’ll liaise with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to ensure every project meets timelines, quality standards, and budget expectations. This role is based at our QLD Facility in Carole Park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal projects from order entry to commissioning, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer updates, lead times, documentation, and change requests.

• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, BOMs, and maintain client records in NetSuite.

• Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Monitor progress, address issues proactively, and ensure all deliverables meet compliance and quality standards.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Project management or coordination experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or engineering

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite highly regarded)

• Problem-solving mindset and customer service focus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
