The Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager to support the management of our machinery and consumables product ranges. Reporting to the Category Manager, you will assist in implementing product strategies, from development to market execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, identify emerging trends, and collaborate on the development and execution of product plans and go-to-market strategies to drive business growth.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Build relationships with suppliers, coordinate new product development and maintain competitive pricing.
  • Pricing & Cost Management: Assist in developing pricing strategies, monitor product performance, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales teams on product training, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement tools.
  • Market Research & Reporting: Track customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new product opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with supply chain, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure high levels of accuracy in product specifications, documentation, and system updates.

About You:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in machinery or consumables.
  • Strong experience in product lifecycle management, pricing, and supplier negotiation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Canva.
  • Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail: Ensure high levels of accuracy in product specifications, documentation, and system updates.
