Are you a logistics superstar with a passion for travel and organisation? We’re looking for a Travel & Logistics Coordinator to help deliver seamless experiences for our expedition team as they journey to some of the most remote and breathtaking parts of the planet.

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you’ll be the engine room behind every voyage—ensuring every expedition team member is in the right place, at the right time, ready to embark on their next adventure. From flights and accommodation to transfers and communication, you’ll be managing the entire travel journey with care, precision, and purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate travel for our global expedition teams—aligning flights, transfers, and accommodation with voyage schedules.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with expedition team members, ensuring they have everything they need to travel safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation across databases, including passports, home airport details, and itineraries.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Airfares & Ticketing, Field Operations) to align travel logistics with operational planning.
  • Handle last-minute changes and disruptions with calm confidence—resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Liaise with external partners such as port agents and travel platforms to ensure smooth delivery of travel services.
  • Support sustainability goals by incorporating responsible travel practices wherever possible.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A travel and logistics expert with experience managing complex, international travel arrangements—ideally for large groups or within the cruise or expedition industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.
  • Strong communication skills—you know how to engage with people across different cultures and time zones, and you’re a natural relationship builder.
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with solid Excel skills and familiarity with travel systems.
  • Experience with field operations or expedition environments is highly desirable.
