Are you passionate about digital performance marketing and ready to make an impact on a global scale? Aurora Expeditions, a leading expedition cruise company, is seeking a dynamic Paid Search Specialist to join our globalised marketing team.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for strategising, planning, buying, optimising, and reporting on paid media campaigns—with a strong focus on Search (Google, Bing). You’ll play a key role in driving lead generation, brand awareness and e-commerce results for a sustainable brand that inspires adventure.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with a collaborative global marketing team and contribute to the growth of a business that’s rapidly expanding into new markets.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Search and Bing, with contributions across Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Build and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, website engagement, and lead conversion in line with business goals.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics for optimal results and delivering actionable insights.
- Develop audience strategies, ad copy and creatives tailored to each platform and campaign objective.
- Collaborate on media budgets and ensure efficient spend across channels.
- Conduct A/B testing on creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Stay ahead of the curve with industry trends and platform updates.
- Ensure brand integrity and compliance across all paid channels.
- Support integrated digital campaigns and work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver cross-channel impact.
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years’ experience in paid search and performance media, ideally in a global or multi-market context.
- Demonstrated success in planning, executing and optimising campaigns that drive tangible business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads is essential. Exposure to other platforms (Meta, Display, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong copywriting and briefing skills for developing compelling digital ad content.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills—you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strategic thinker who is proactive, analytical, and curious about what drives customer behaviour.
- Confident in stakeholder engagement and working across multiple time zones.
