Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive WHS Advisor to join our team. Reporting to the WHS Manager, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining safety systems, providing expert advice, and supporting our project teams to ensure the health and safety of all workers across our South West WA projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support and coach business leaders in implementing WHS strategies

Conduct in-field safety verifications and incident investigations

Analyse safety data and recommend improvements

Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS legislation

Liaise with regulators and provide high-quality reports and guidance

About You

Diploma or higher qualification in WHS (essential)

Proven experience in a similar advisory role within construction

Lead Auditor and ICAM/Taproot Investigation Certification (preferred)

Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills

WA Driver’s License & White Card (mandatory)

Comfortable with regular regional travel
