This is a full time position working 37 per week on average including alternate weekends.

• Maintain top-tier quality, presentation, and consistency—every dish, every time.
• Minimize waste with smart production planning and stock control.
• Drive team development through training, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching.
• Help plan and execute exciting seasonal campaigns and menus.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture that lives and breathes our values.
• Stay ahead of health & safety and hygiene standards—we don’t just meet expectations; we exceed them.

• Proven experience leading a kitchen team in a high-volume environment.
