Sea Change is an Aged Care Allied Health leader that has SECURE and PERMANENT roles in Aged Care, even with the upcoming change to AN-ACC

For us, AN-ACC is a welcome change and while we know some providers are losing Physio positions, we are actually growing thanks to our industry leading AN-ACC Allied Health model.

We are trying to find the right person that could support our aged care team by providing direct care as well as supporting other team members behind the scenes to deliver amazing care. This role is well suited to a Physiotherapist or Occupational therapist with a passion and love of aged care.

We are one of the only providers that has a quality framework based on the aged care quality standards and we use this framework to guide our service delivery.

We will support you with a supervision framework, mentoring, CPD contribution and so much more than the usual basics.
