Role Overview:

As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our vision for a sustainable future in dining. You’ll lead with purpose, inspiring your team to engage guests with zero-compromise excellent service while achieving operational excellence and upholding our brand’s high standards.

In this role, you’re not only responsible for profits and sales but for nurturing an environment that brings out the best in our team members and delights every guest with our distinctive, eco-conscious offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and motivate your team by understanding their roles and stepping in as needed, ensuring maximum productivity and engagement.
  • Bring our brand pillars to life by delivering Good-Natured Service and providing inspirational leadership.
  • Actively participate during meal periods to offer exceptional service and alleviate high demand pressures.
  • Handle guest feedback with care, turning concerns into loyalty through effective solutions.
  • Create pathways for team growth, nurturing talent to support personal development and excellence.
  • Sustain financial health with positive management of department operations and expenses.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Senior Leadership to craft and update a restaurant marketing strategy that aligns with our sustainable dining concept.
  • Manage department finances, including purchasing and payroll, to support our financial goals.
  • Drive internal communication and collaboration, ensuring clear understanding of offerings across all departments.
  • Recruit passionate team members who align with our sustainable values and demonstrate expertise.
  • Cultivate an environment of continuous learning and improvement, utilizing coaching and mentoring techniques.
  • Uphold all company policies and meet Restaurant Brand Standards.
  • Manage food quality and availability, ensuring exceptional service through well-trained and certified staff.
  • Analyze and address operational data, setting action plans for performance improvement.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering team to address maintenance proactively.
  • Promote guest satisfaction and swiftly resolve any issues to enhance sales and loyalty.
  • Comply with cash handling and payment procedures to maintain financial integrity.
  • About you…

  • Minimum 4+ years in management within a luxury restaurant or hotel brand focused on sustainability.
  • Deep passion for the service industry and sustainable practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for creating impactful narratives.
  • Resilience in managing time and pressure effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability in operations.
  • Passion for our group’s sustainable vision and values.
  • Strong financial acumen in P&L, budgeting, and cost controls.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic 7-day operation schedule
