The Opportunity
We’re looking for passionate and service-driven Concierge Attendants to join our opening team (Casual and Part Time). Whether you’re already on the path toward becoming a fully badged Concierge or beginning your journey, this is a rare chance to grow alongside a world-class Concierge team that can help guide and support your career progression including toward achieving your Les Clefs d’Or Concierge Keys.
In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll be working closely with the Concierge and Front Office teams, assisting with everything from guest requests to portering and luggage handling. It’s all about being proactive, thoughtful, and ready to create meaningful moments for every guest.
What You’ll Do
• Provide warm, authentic service and personalised recommendations to help guests discover the best of Melbourne.
• Support the Concierge team in coordinating transportation, tours, dining reservations, and local experiences.
• Assist with portering, luggage handling, and deliveries to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Build genuine relationships with guests by learning and recording their preferences to elevate future stays.
• Stay updated on local events, culture, dining, and attractions.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uphold hotel standards, and always embody our brand values.
About You
• Experience in hospitality, guest services, or a similar customer-facing role is ideal, but not essential.
• Passion for people, problem-solving, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge (or curiosity to learn) about Melbourne’s cultural, dining, and entertainment scene.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable working hands-on—from guest interactions to carrying bags.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence.
• Ability to work flexibly in a 24/7 hotel environment.
• Full working rights in Australia and a valid driver’s license.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• A strong interest in growing your career toward Concierge Keys is highly regarded.
