The Opportunity: Concierge Attendant
We’re searching for passionate, proactive, and people-focused Concierge Attendants to join our opening team in Casual and Fulltime roles. This is more than a traditional Concierge role—you’ll be immersed in a dynamic, cross-functional position spanning Bell Desk, Concierge, and Valet operations.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver warm, genuine service while providing curated recommendations that showcase the best of Melbourne.
• Act as a cross-functional team player across Bell Desk, Concierge, and Valet—responding to guest requests, handling luggage, and coordinating transport and experiences.
• Ensure seamless arrivals and departures through attentive porterage and valet service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local happenings, dining, arts, and attractions.
• Use technology and internal systems to manage guest needs and service requests efficiently.
• Foster authentic relationships with guests, learning and remembering preferences to personalise future stays.
• Collaborate across departments to create a cohesive and memorable guest experience.
• Uphold our standards of professionalism, sustainability, and purpose-driven hospitality.
What We’re Looking For
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence – this is essential for valet responsibilities.
- A good level of physical fitness to perform hands-on tasks such as carrying luggage and supporting guest mobility.
- Computer literacy and confidence using hospitality systems and communication tools.
- Experience in guest services, hotel operations, or a customer-facing role is a plus—but personality, attitude, and service passion are key.
- Curious and knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about Melbourne’s rich cultural and lifestyle landscape.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a 24/7 hotel environment.
- Calm under pressure with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, polished appearance and a genuine commitment to creating meaningful guest moments.
- Valid Australian working rights (essential). Apologies we can’t accept Student Visas on this occassion
- Multilingual skills or a strong interest in learning about global cultures are highly valued.
- Ambition to grow within the Concierge path and pursue Concierge Keys is a definite advantage.
