Your managed implementation journey.
Your Managed HR Implementation is a hyper-personalised implementation with your own dedicated Project Manager. They will be by your side as you set up your account, teaching you the ins and outs of the platform and helping you build custom workflows for employee onboarding and offboarding, policies, certifications, management lines and more.
Here is what your Managed HR Implementation will look like, and on this page you can access all the information you need throughout your implementation journey.

Phase 1: Kickoff
During your kick-off, your Project Manager will walk you through our presentation and this landing page to allow you to become familiar with the project flow and what is needed from you at each stage. They will also cover off the various support resources you have at your disposal to utilise during and after the implementation of your platform.
Phase 2: Client learning
Throughout your implementation journey, you will have access to our knowledge-based articles – step-by-step guides (with screenshots!) to assist you in becoming familiar with navigating the platform and understanding the different functionalities. These can be accessed via the below link: Click here for the Help Centre. You can also access Guided In-Platform Help: HaRi (‘click me for help’ found on the right-hand side when logged into EH), which can guide you through the platform with on-screen instructions AND provide you with our knowledge base articles. Finally, don’t forget to use your Demo Account and have a play around and become familiar with the platform while we set your platform up for you.

Phase 3: Configuration
Now you’ve sent the templates to us, your Project Manager and the team will now begin to build your platform with the information you have provided. Get excited!
Phase 4: System integration
If you are integrating with a payroll platform, your Project Manager will work with you to integrate your HR Platform with your payroll platform.
Phase 5: System walkthrough
Once your platform has been integrated, a conference call with your Project Manager and yourself (as well as anyone else in your organisation’s implementation project team) will take place. This call is designed to walk through the platform configuration, as well as the functionality of the platform. Please come prepared with any questions you have to this session so we can best support you ready to Go-Live.
Phase 6: Pre-launch tasks
The pre-launch tasks to be completed by you, may vary based on your organisation. Please use this as a guide and speak with your Project Manager if you are unsure. E.g. If you’ve integrated with a payroll platform, you’re likely to already have your terminated employees in Employment Hero, which means you will not need to upload this data.

Phase 7: Project completion
Now you’re ready to go live with Employment Hero!! Here you can access our Employer Launch Kit, to help you get everything ready for your launch and to feel confident.
You may wish to invite some early adopters as a soft launch to the platform, prior to launching to the entire business. They can provide you with some feedback or any questions that the platform raised for them, giving you the opportunity to address this to help field questions when launching to the wider group
