About the Promotion
This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion provides the opportunity for an Eligible Participant to receive a Reward (Promotion).
The Promotion will be conducted during SaaS North on November 5+6, 2025 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter the Promotion?
The Promotion is open to all who attend Tech Talent North during the Promotion Period and who comply with these Terms and Conditions, however this Promotion excludes residents of Quebec (Eligible Participant). There is a limit of one entry per person.
How to enter the Promotion?
To enter, Eligible Participants must enter their personal details via this form.
All Eligible Participants enter their details via the link above will be entered to win 1 x AirPods Pro 3
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, unaided, within 24 hours of the question being asked.
Reward
ONE winner will be selected based on a random draw One [1] winner[s] will receive 1 x AirPods Pro 3 (Rewards).
The winner will be selected within 1 week after the event, November 6, 2025 and notified via email provided.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Eligible Participant’s use of the Reward. These terms will be set out by the Reward provider.
By entering the Promotion, each participant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by Employment Hero for the purposes of administering the Promotion and fulfilling the Reward. Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion, including any:
technical difficulties or Reward malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);
theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives it) due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
variation in Reward value to that stated in these terms; or
tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
General Terms
The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and Employment Hero does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
Laws may apply to Eligible Participants or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
Unless a contrary intention appears, a reference in these Promotion Terms to dollars or $ refers to Canadian dollars.
Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
