Employment Hero Named APAC Market Leader in HR Software Report

G2, the largest online software marketplace, has released their Spring 2023 report on core HR software in the Asia-Pacific region. In exciting news for Employment Hero, we’ve been rated one of the market leaders in the region, scoring highly on both market presence and customer satisfaction. It’s no easy feat – with 38 well known software providers in contention, only a select few were named in the ‘leaders’ category. We’re so proud to be one of them. Want to find out more? How the software providers were graded

G2 defines core HR software as central systems which are used to manage employee information and track important data. In this report, they graded the eligible Asia-Pacific software providers on their customer satisfaction and regional market presence. Market presence is defined specifically by G2, using a combination of criteria. That criteria includes the HR software’s web presence, their growth trajectory, employee engagement, and social media presence. Customer satisfaction ratings were broken down into six categories:

• Quality of support
• Ease of use
• Meets requirements
• Ease of admin
• Ease of doing business with
• Ease of setup

Where we scored the big points

While our overall scores led us to the market leader position, there were a few ratings of our software that really stood out. Our ‘Ease of Use’ ratings were above average with a 93% satisfaction rating, along with 92% for ‘Ease of Admin’. Our Compliance, Internationalisation and Organisation Management Features were most praised, with 90 – 92% satisfaction ratings across these.
