If such a request is made within five (5) business days of the scheduled date, you may be liable for a Late Change Fee of up to AUD $280.00 + GST. Why: These fees account for the necessary rework of implementation workflows, lost resource capacity, and the repetition of critical compliance checks and audits performed in anticipation of the initial live pay run The Late Change Fee will be invoiced immediately upon the confirmation of the new Go-Live date and must be settled prior to the commencement of the first live pay run. |
| Your obligations | Data & Setup: You are responsible for completing all items within the in-platform checklist and inputting all data required data for the “Go Live” transition within the Max Term. The 10-Day Gate : All setup requirements must be complete exactly 10 days prior to your confirmed live pay run date. This allows time for us to ensure you are compliant and ready for launch. Active engagement: You must remain consistently responsive and actively engaged throughout the implementation phase to ensure the 90-day onboarding timeline is achieved. Technical Proficiency: You must ensure that all staff members assigned to the setup possess a high level of digital literacy. This includes, but is not limited to, the ability to: • Independently navigate SaaS (Software as a Service) environments. • Manage and execute complex data exports/imports. • Validate platform configurations for accuracy and data integrity. Entity & Account disclosure: You must proactively notify the Digital Onboarding Team if your organisation involves multiple entities or requires more than one payroll account. Failure to disclose this early may result in structural delays or the need for platform reconfiguration. Consequences of Non-Compliance: Delays resulting from a lack of engagement, insufficient technical proficiency, or late disclosure of account structures may impact the scheduled Go-Live date and potentially incur the Additional Fees outlined above |
