This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading and motivating a team while taking ownership of the centre’s visual merchandising. You’ll play a key role in creating attractive, commercially focused displays that showcase our products, inspire customers, and drive sales.

This role will be working 38 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and driving sales within your department, ensuring targets are met.
• Provide support across other departments when required, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach.
• Taking ownership of visual merchandising across key retail areas, creating attractive and inspiring displays that enhance the customer experience.
• Planning and implementing seasonal promotions, product launches and feature displays.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, ensuring displays remain fresh, engaging and commercial.
• Coaching and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve high performance standards.
• Handling returns in line with company policy and ensuring they are processed efficiently.
• Deputising for the Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Supporting the Christmas department during the festive season, including decorations, lighting and trees.
• Skills, Knowledge & Experience

The ideal Retail Supervisor is someone who:

• Has previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a retail environment.
• Has a strong creative flair and a passion for visual merchandising, styling and product presentation.
• Understands how effective merchandising can influence customer purchasing decisions and drive sales.
• Is flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support different departments and tasks as business needs require.
• Can confidently plan and execute eye-catching displays using their own initiative and creativity.
• Builds strong working relationships and works effectively as part of a team.
• Possesses excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Remains resilient under pressure and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
