Role:
As a Manager in Transaction Services at Queen’s Tower Advisory, you will lead critical workstreams on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements. Acting as a bridge between the delivery team and senior leadership, you will manage junior staff, engage directly with clients, and ensure the successful execution of projects.
You will be a key contributor to the firm’s high-performance culture, with clear opportunities for progression to Assistant Director and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement Management: Own and deliver workstreams on financial due diligence projects, ensuring output quality and meeting tight deadlines.
Client Interaction: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, helping to interpret findings and deliver actionable, financial and commercial insights.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Analysts and Executives; provide coaching and promote high-quality work.
Technical Delivery: Use advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and automation to improve reporting, data analysis, and client delivery.
Business Development Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitch materials, and market research for potential clients.
Practice Development: Support the evolution of QTA’s methodologies, templates, and knowledge base.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified accountant (ACA / CA / CPA or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience in Transaction Services or financial due diligence.
Solid experience at a Big 4 or leading advisory firm, with exposure to both private equity and corporate clients.
Strong analytical and commercial skills, with a track record of translating financial data into client-ready insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
Enthusiastic about the role of technology in deal execution.
Strong project management capabilities, including delegation, review, and prioritisation.
