Description

Role: Food & Beverage Services Associate

Reports to Food & Beverage Services Manager

We are on the lookout for a bubbly and attentive waiter with experience in a high-class restaurant, venue, or club.

Daytime hours only.

£14.80 p/h plus a monthly service charge payment, 36 hours per week over 4 days.

The Club opens at 9.30am and closes at 7pm so there are no requirements for very early or late shifts and we also remain closed during Christmas & New Years.

Purple Dragon is a luxury private members club, providing effortless family time and premium dining experiences for families with children up to twelve years of age.You will be responsible for providing a first-class hospitality experience to our members and their guests, with a warm and friendly approach.

– Minimum 1 year as Food Runner, Waiter, Barista or Bartender in a Hotel, Private Member’s Club or Restaurant.

– Practical knowledge of 5 star service standards and mannerisms.

– To have a natural preference in busy environments and enjoy working with children.

– Exceptional communication skills, outgoing, a people’s person.
