TEMPORARY ROLE

­­­­­­­­­­Purpose:

To deliver high-quality cleaning services that ensure safe, hygienic and welcoming environments for clients, supporting the smooth and professional operation of the business.

The role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing to client satisfaction and retention, while working efficiently and consistently to meet operational requirements. It supports the overall reputation and performance of the business through attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery and use innovative methods to maintain high cleaning standards (full training provided). 
• Ensure full PPE compliance across relevant areas of the site. 
• Communicate effectively with the client, especially where 24-hour site operations are in place. 
• Support the delivery of exceptional standards during key client visits. 
• Monitor and report cleaning supply requirements and stock levels. 
• Report any Health and Safety issues to the Supervisor or Site Lead promptly. 
• Clean to an extremely high standard across varied site areas, including warehouse, offices, meeting rooms, receptions, toilets, and production zones.

·Able to work effectively at a fast pace in challenging manufacturing environments. 

·Strong communication skills and confident engaging with people at all levels. 

·Motivated, proactive, and energetic. 

·Confident with change and adaptable to new situations. 

·Willing and able to complete site-specific
