Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Art Director to lead our creative team and oversee the visual aspects of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Art Director will work closely with our marketing, branding, and product teams to ensure that all creative output aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative team in developing and executing visual concepts for various projects, including print and digital advertising, product packaging, and website design
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to ensure that all creative output aligns with our brand identity and business objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work and professional growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our creative output
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Work with external vendors, such as photographers and illustrators, to ensure that their work aligns with our brand identity and business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various mediums
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of designers
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
