Summary:

As a Bar Assistant in the hospitality and catering industry, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting bartenders in preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and providing support during busy service periods. Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Ensure all glassware and utensils are properly cleaned and stored
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking drink orders
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Support the team during busy periods to ensure efficient service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of drink preparation and cocktail recipes is an advantage
