THE JOB

Reporting to the Head of Content, the Creative Producer role is an integral part of the Content team, working within the Production division to help bring bold ideas to life. With a strong understanding of costumes, set, props, and rehearsal structures, you’ll support the creative process from development through delivery playing a key role in shaping world-class entertainment on the ground.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:

• Creative Support & Development: Work alongside the Creative Director to support ideation and ensure the creative vision is carried through from brief to final execution.

• Innovation: Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies. Apply innovative practices to enhance the effectiveness and impact of creative work across global projects.

• Brief Interpretation & Execution: Understand the creative brief and production vision, translating them into clear action plans for production and delivery teams.

• On-the-Ground Management: Oversee rehearsal processes, manage schedules, and support cast and crew to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with set designers, costume teams, and other production and safety departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of creative elements.

• Asset Coordination & Delivery: Ensure all required digital and audio assets are received, organised, and delivered effectively for cast, crew, and technical teams.

• Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage production budgets, ensuring costs are tracked accurately and that projects are delivered within financial parameters.

• Rollout Readiness: Manage all physical and digital elements needed for rollout, ensuring assets are correctly formatted, distributed, and accessible for rehearsals and performances.

• Hands-On Flexibility: Step in where needed to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and support the wider team, particularly in fast-paced, shifting production environments.

• Industry Engagement: Maintain connections with entertainment professionals and external vendors to enhance production quality and ensure up to date, engaging audience experiences.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:

• 5+ years of experience within the Entertainment Industry or similar

• Must have live entertainment experience preferably across several delivery channels.

• Deep understanding of live entertainment in at least one industry: resort, hotel, cruise, or themed attraction.

• Track record of successful delivery of highly impactful creative content.

• Must be able to work cross-functionally across multiple projects at any given time.

• Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment with the ability to be involved in many projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and production schedules.

• Skilled in immersive, experiential, and branded entertainment development.

• A proven ability to develop and manage great relationships.

• Enthusiasm for entertainment and the ability to design with creativity, innovation, and boldness to meet the industry's unique needs.
