Responsibilities:

As the Executive Assistant / Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

Executive Support:

o Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team and Board Chairman.

o Provide Committee support including setting up of meeting dates, distributing agendas and meeting papers, minute taking and follow up of action items, catering and room bookings

o Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

o Handle travel arrangements, including itinerary planning and expense reporting.

Office Management:

o Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.

o Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

o Coordinate office events, meetings, and other activities.

Communication:

o Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

o Draft and proofread emails, documents, and other communications.

Team Collaboration:

o Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

o Act as a liaison between executives and team members.

Problem Solving:

o Proactively identify and address challenges to ensure seamless operations.

o Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

In order to be successful, you will have;

o Minimum 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant at the C-suite level.

o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

o Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

o Advanced levels in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.

o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

o High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
