What You’ll Be Doing:

Inspire Young Minds: Create an engaging and supportive learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and eager to explore.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with fellow educators to create educational programs that encourage creativity, curiosity, and development.
Connect with Families: Build strong, trusting relationships with families, keeping them informed and involved in their child's learning journey.
Nurture Growth: Help children develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills through fun, engaging, and play-based activities.
Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (Certificate III will also be considered).
A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
A passion for nurturing young children’s growth and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid Certificate.
