Life at Bitesize

You’ll join an inclusive community. We make time for each other, offer & ask for help, own mistakes & celebrate together. There’s real investment in learning, with knowledge shared freely, regular feedback and coaching, and room to grow. Expectations are clear and you’ll have the trust to take ownership. We encourage you to challenge & improve how we work, with great tools to do the job.

Our sectors

We work exclusively with hospitality and consumer goods businesses, from restaurant groups, pubs and bars, cafes and music venues to consumer goods brands. Bitesize Hospitality and Bitesize CG are two divisions of one firm, with one set of values. Our team has owned or worked within these businesses, and you’ll get to know the people behind the numbers, in person where it counts.
