We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer/ Project Lead with 8+ years’ experience and a proven track record in various genres of multi-residential, high end residential and hotel projects to join our team.
About the Role
As a Senior Interior Designer/ Project Lead you will be an inspiring creative influence and integral to driving Interior Design projects as well as being an active interface between the client and our team. As part of your role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring deliverables against the program, budget and external factors.
Key responsibilities
• Produce evocative design concepts, design development and provide smooth technical delivery methodologies.
• Oversee project direction in collaboration with Studio Directors, the client and stakeholders.
• Lead junior team members through the design process with efficiency and commercial sensibilities.
• Revit proficiency is preferred, advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills are required, particularly with sophisticated InDesign presentation abilities.
• Attend regular off-site meetings with vendors and clients, including job site progress checks with socially distant protocol in place.
Required Skills and Experience
• Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• 8+ years post qualification experience as an Interior Designer.
• Demonstrated experience in various genres of multi-residential, high end residential and hotel projects.
• Experience with creative authorship, project leadership and delivery.
• Strong design and presentation skills, stakeholder engagement and client facing skills.
• Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking and software capabilities.
• Knowledge of sustainable and wellness-focused design principles for onward project and team coordination.
• Ability to navigate clients through a confidently resolved design approach.
• Advanced Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• The ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in alignment with Studio Directors.
• Great interpersonal communication skills.
• An agile attitude with aspiration for excellence and attention to detail.
