UIUX Designer

Job Overview:

Join our dynamic onshore product team and bring your expertise in business analysis (BA) and UX/UI design to the forefront of product development. We are seeking a Product Design Specialist who excels in articulating requirements and facilitating clarity on designs. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a knack for wireframing, story design, and refining requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the product team to understand and define user needs and business requirements.
• Create and refine wireframes, user flow diagrams to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
• Develop comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team and ensure alignment with the business goals.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product designs and requirements.
• Monitor UX trends, best practices, and new tools and technologies to continuously improve the product design process.
• Maintain clear and effective documentation, including design mockups, requirements specifications, and user guides.
• Work collaboratively in an agile environment, participating in scrum meetings and sprint planning to ensure design and requirements clarity throughout the development process.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, business analysis, or a related role in a product development environment.
• Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in creating detailed user stories and conducting usability testing.

Desirable Skills:

• Certification in UX design or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or UX Certification).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
